What you will do

Role Description

  • General support and assistance for trust management activities
  • Full responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts
  • Populate and reconcile trust cash reconciliations
  • Manage trust funding Subscription processes
  • Manage trust month end processes
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with servicer/originator
  • Run cashflow distribution waterfall calculations
  • Instruct trustee to make required payments
  • Liaise with stakeholders as required
  • Financial model maintenance and development (this will be supported by ongoing training and mentoring).

Qualifications

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years’ experience in structured financial markets
  • Securitisation trust management experience, minimum 1 year
  • General experience in financial SPV or trust management/administration
  • Complex transactions/projects with multiple stakeholders
  • General understanding of legal documentation focused on operative commercial provisions
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Cashflow modelling (helpful but not essential)
