Trainee Officer, Private Wealth

Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee to join our Private Wealth team in Guernsey. You will be trained to perform a wide variety of Trust administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support the Company’s ever-growing and diversified international client base. You will become an asset to the team by assisting the Officer and Management Team with the day-to-day administration in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Tasks:

• Participate fully and proactively in the promotion of a constructive “client servicing” culture.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Teams and Management Team to ensure a collaborative approach.
• Work proactively and collaboratively with all Administration Team Members on all client administration tasks.
• Plan, prioritise and organise tasks and activities efficiently, ensuring effective time management.
• Acquire knowledge of business activities, products and services.
• Assist senior members of the Team where required.
• Deliver the highest level of client service in line with our Group behaviours with the objective of exceeding client expectations.
• Ensure effective and efficient client correspondence and ensure turnaround times are as short as possible and the client’s working style has been respected.
• Assist and work collaboratively with the other (Senior) Officers and Management Team on day-to-day administrative tasks and matters in respect of their client portfolios.
• Complete client administration matters accurately and in a timely manner.
