Why work at IQ-EQ?
We power people and possibilities
We are recruiting a Regional Technical Support Engineer into our Global Capability Delivery (GCD) centre in Mauritius to serve as a critical member of the EMEA technology team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the continuous availability, stability, and evolution of business-critical applications across the region, with particular focus on platforms that underpin core operations in the UKI and Channel Islands.
The applications within the primary scope, including Paladign, Sylvan, TLM Aurora, and Bloomberg, are integral to front- and back-office functions where any degradation in support coverage exposes the organisation to operational risk, regulatory non-compliance, and direct business impact. While the UKI and Channel Islands represent the highest priority, this role also provides application support and service delivery across wider EMEA locations.
Beyond operational support, this role carries a forward-looking mandate to drive digital transformation across the region, migrating the business towards modern solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate. All activities will be delivered in alignment with ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) principles, ensuring structured, auditable, and standards-compliant service delivery.
