Technical L&D – Content Developer

Job Description

Due to significant business growth we’re looking to grow our in-house design team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the in-house design team and responsible for the development and execution technical learning initiatives across IQ-EQ’s global business.

Responsibilities

 

  • Work with the wider Technical training team to deliver tactical creative learning projects suitable for use across all channels
  • Deliver creative content that aligns with IQ-EQs unique brand identity and tone of voice
  • Be an active voice during creative brainstorm sessions to develop fresh new ideas
  • Create visually compelling campaigns designed to attract new business and/or new talent
  • Develop clear creative briefs
  • Content editing and proofreading
  • Management of the creative process from brief to execution

Qualifications

This is an important role and we’re looking for candidates who can really make a mark on our business. To grab our attention, we’d expect to see qualified candidates with exceptional levels of creativity, curiosity, and innovation all of which are balanced with expert attention to detail and time and cost management skills.

  • Highly experienced working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, photo and video editing, and social media platforms
  • Experience working with platforms including Articulate and Canva would be desirable. 
  • Excel at taking a concept from brief to final execution
  • Expertly apply design at scale and across platforms
  • Experience in brand development and management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, additional languages would be a distinct advantage, and boast an impressive track record delivering expert creative suitable for use across multiple channels. The expected learning output to be created in this role would include:

  • eLearning modules
  • Learning video’s
  • Podcasts (desirable)
  • Training presentations
  • Training Manuals
  • Process flow / mapping
  • User Guides
  • Digital marketing – websites, intranet, and social channels
  • Print – brochures, reports, fact sheets and presentations
