Senior Officer, Funds Onboarding

THIS ROLE 

Are you passionate about precision, process, and delivering exceptional client service? We’re looking for a Senior Officer (Funds Onboarding) to play a pivotal role in coordinating the seamless transition of new business into our Fund Administration teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-team collaboration, and takes pride in ensuring onboarding processes run like clockwork.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Client Implementation Manager and Fund Administration teams to onboard new business and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • You’ll build your understanding of the new business acceptance process and help your team navigate it with insight and confidence.
  • You’ll be a driver of change—sharing knowledge, improving processes, and contributing to continuous development.
  • You’ll forge strong working relationships across the Funds business, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
  • You’ll deliver onboarding services that meet the highest standards—aligned with best practices and all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements—and conduct reviews post-onboarding to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU 

  • You bring a solid understanding of the finance industry and its operational landscape.
  • You have hands-on experience in fund administration or company secretarial roles, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • You’re familiar with processing CDD/KYC information and preferably have done so in a fund-related environment.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel that help you manage documentation and data efficiently.
  • You approach technical tasks with confidence, drawing on your industry experience to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
