Senior Officer, Compliance

Job Description

In this role, you will handle various compliance administration tasks, including resolving exceptions and managing compliance risks. You'll prepare weekly and monthly reports, conduct KYC screenings, and support AML processes. Additionally, you'll assist with Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) tasks, support New Business Acceptance Committee (NBAC) processing, and manage compliance documentation. 

What You'll Do -

  • Perform a wide variety of compliance administration tasks, including processing exception reports and liaising with team members and the Business to investigate and close open exceptions.
  • Manage and report on compliance risks, including producing weekly Service Entity Risk Review (SERR) status reports and preparing data for 1-2-1 Manager and Client Service Directors monthly meetings.
  • Conduct KYC screenings, assist with overnight Bulk Screening potential match analysis, and support AML processes, including third-party declaration reviews.
  • Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) by assisting with testing preparation, maintaining control spreadsheets, and monitoring open items.
  • Assist with New Business Acceptance Committee (NBAC) processing, including form setup, filing, and CDD reviews.
  • Manage compliance-related documentation, including uploading Procedures, Policies and Controls (PPC's) into the Office Manual and preparing change announcements.
  • Prepare reports and data for various compliance meetings and Group Risk reporting, including KRI/GRACC data.

Qualifications

What You Bring - 

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Compliance role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
