Senior Officer, Business Implementation

Job Description

As a Business Implementation Senior Officer, you will lead the successful onboarding of Alternative Investment Fund clients whilst managing a dedicated team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of fee proposals and RFP submissions for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure asset classes.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating AML/KYC analysis, compliance approvals, bank account opening, service agreements, legal documentation, and regulatory filings until handover to operational teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, attending key meetings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Oversee daily team operations, provide coaching and support to team members, and act as the first point of escalation for internal inefficiencies, blocking points, and client complaints.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance stakeholder collaboration and strengthen team effectiveness.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the team:

  • University degree in Law or related field, with 4+ years of relevant professional experience;
  • Proven experience in the alternative investment fund industry or related Luxembourg corporate environment;
  • Strong problem-solving, collaborative, and client-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills and structured organisational abilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools with fluent English; additional languages are advantageous;
  • Experience working in global organisations with multicultural and remote teams, demonstrating excellent coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
