Job Description
In this leadership role, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a client service mentality and a strong business development culture within the team. By personally embodying the company's cultural values, you'll inspire and guide your team to achieve excellence.
What You'll Do -
- Take personal responsibility for a high-value Client Portfolio, ensuring all business KPIs are effectively managed and achieved
- Oversee the administration of client entities within the portfolio, focusing on quality of service and profitability
- Manage the team's commercial objectives, including revenue targets, billable utilisation rates, and cash collections
- Provide technical support to team members and oversee complex client transactions
- Develop strong relationships with intermediaries to generate new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management processes
- Support the business with impact/risk assessments related to regulatory and legislative requirements
- Actively participate in fee reviews and budget setting to improve profitability
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist with new business development
- Deputise for the Client Services Director/Associate Director when required
- Stay informed of industry best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring -
- ICSA or ACCA qualified, or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant industry experience in Fund Services
- Excellent understanding of relevant laws, duties, and best practices in Fund Administration
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in relevant IT applications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Risk-aware with high levels of integrity and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of related jurisdictions' laws and taxation impacts on Fund structures
