What You'll Do -
- You lead and inspire your team by modeling the company’s cultural values, fostering a client service mindset, and driving a strong business development culture while adapting positively to change.
- You manage a high-value client portfolio and ensure operational excellence by overseeing client administration, maintaining quality service, and achieving KPIs such as revenue targets, utilisation rates, and cash collections.
- You develop and support your team through clear role allocation, training, career development conversations, and addressing skill gaps, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams to maximize client retention, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to new business acquisition and fee reviews.
- You take ownership of risk and process management by embedding risk controls, improving operational processes, and proactively escalating issues, while also participating in strategic initiatives, meetings, and budget planning.

Qualifications
- You hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA or ACCA) and have at least 10 years of experience in the fund services industry, with strong technical knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- You possess excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills, with the ability to interpret complex fund and company legal documents and understand taxation impacts on fund structures.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, effectively managing team workflows, motivating colleagues through change, and promoting self-development and knowledge sharing.
- You are resilient under pressure, risk-aware, and uphold high standards of integrity, equality, and diversity while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- You have exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to work closely with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams to deliver superior service and identify growth opportunities.
