The IT Support Engineer (Level 3) is the top internal technical escalation resource, receiving complex tickets and project assignments through the service dispatcher and working closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure all work is completed within SLA. This role leads new client onboarding and infrastructure deployments, drives process documentation, and mentors junior engineers. Clear communication with the dispatcher on project timelines and escalation status is essential.

You work confidently across the following technologies:
Productivity & Cloud:
You operate within Microsoft 365 E5 + EMS E3, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Identity & Access:
You manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
Device Management:
You manage and secure devices using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Scripting:
You create or modify automation using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.
Endpoint OS:
You primarily support Windows 11 Pro, with macOS as a secondary platform.
Mobile / BYOD:
You manage iOS and Android devices using the Company Portal under Intune MDM/MAM.
Networking:
You work with Cisco Meraki devices, including MX, MS, and MR series hardware.
PSA:
You use ConnectWise PSA (Manage) for service operations.
RMM:
You utilize ConnectWise Automate for remote monitoring and management.
Remote Support:
You provide support using ConnectWise ScreenConnect.
Email Security:
You work with an AI‑powered email security solution.
MDR / SOC:
You rely on a managed detection and response platform with 24/7 SOC coverage.
