Job Description
The UK and Ireland Finance team are growing! We are looking for a senior invoicing administrator, based in Manila, who will support all of our UK and Ireland businesses.
- Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner.
- Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
- To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team.
- Provide day-to-day support and assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors
- Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time
Qualifications
Candidate must be open for midshift schedule to support UK Region - 1st 2 to 3 weeks will be 4pm to 1am (MNL Time). Succeeding weeks will be 7pm to 4am (MNL Time).
Candidates must have background/experience for the following: Invoicing
Systems needed: Netsuite, MS Excel - Pivot, vlookup, basic formulas.
A degree holder with minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.
Work Experience:
- Work experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Other Skills and Experience:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
- Strong MS excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
