Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
-Responsible for preparing work to agreed internal deadlines to the expected standard
‐ Knowledge of all banking systems including a good understanding of different client payment processes
‐ Knowledge of deadlines and deliverables and early escalation of issues to GPT Team Manager
‐ Minimize risk to IQ EQ by following procedures and checklists
- Act as Trainor to our new team members
- Act as Team POC in the absent of the Team Manager
- Be proactive in identifying development and training requirements
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Ensure all client queries are appropriately responded to, and all emails received into the team’s mailbox is actioned
‐ Ensure all Investran / DX Static Data request are processed accurately and delivered to required timescale.
‐ Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with CS Teams re: progress of tasks and share information with GPT colleagues
‐ Identify areas for improvement re: GPT processes and offer solutions
‐ Providing support and training to the rest of the team, and other teams as required
