Senior Fund Corporate Oversight Officer

Job Description

Within the Fund department, your main responsibilities will be responsible for a varied and complex portfolio of clients investing in Real Estate & Private Equity, Debt, Fund of Funds products and act as their escalation point.

It involves ensuring effective oversight, governance, and coordination of corporate secretarial role performed by GCD India.

It also involves validation of deliverables, monitoring and managing information and communication flows, liaising with regulators, and help implementing quality and compliance controls to sustain operational excellence and continuity.

What you'll do

  • You'll exercise strong oversight and quality control over all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
  • You'll manage internal stakeholders by monitoring information flows, facilitating effective communication, and intervening promptly to remove obstacles or resolve issues.
  • You'll serve as an escalation point for operational matters and provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • You'll monitor and ensure timely completion of all compliance-related obligations.
  • You'll track and oversee fulfilment of contractual and regulatory requirements across client portfolios.
  • You'll record, track, and report operational errors—both quantitative and qualitative—and identify emerging risks or process weaknesses.
  • You'll coordinate client complaints and escalations by overseeing the full resolution process, including root‑cause analysis, development and implementation of remediation plans with defined timelines, and proactive management of all client communications.
  • You'll actively lives and implement client first approach 
  • You'll initiate and oversee board meetings 
  • You'll participate in client calls.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and bring 4–7 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law.
  • You have served as a Corporate Officer, with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with specialized software such as SAP.
  • You are experienced in acquisitions of participations, board resolutions, company incorporation and liquidation, proxies, and possess advanced knowledge of annual reporting law.
  • You demonstrate strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law (including SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF), and are fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asse
