Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Description

What you'll do

  • You'll prepare accurate budgets and forecasts, build and optimize financial/revenue models, and analyze historical data, profitability, FTE requirements, and revenue pipeline trends to support business growth.
  • You'll provide financial analysis, KPI reporting, variance and pipeline analysis, and actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and decision-making.
  • You'll create management and internal reports, advise key stakeholders and directors, and collaborate across departments to monitor financial performance and revenue-cycle effectiveness.
  • You'll leverage advanced analytical skills, expert-level Excel proficiency, and strong IT capabilities to deliver data-driven insights and support strategic business objectives.
  • You'll demonstrate excellent communication, strategic thinking, strong execution, integrity, self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

 


    Qualifications

    • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and prior experience in a similar role considered an advantage.
    • You have an excellent command of Excel and strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions.
    • You are a collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French language proficiency is an asset.
    • You demonstrate a structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, coordinate workloads, and perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • You bring a high level of commitment, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professional conduct.
