Senior Associate – Investran Support Analyst (Fund Administration)

Job Description

As a support analyst you will be responsible for handling Private Capital Suite inquiries submitted by our internal teams as well as our clients. Troubleshooting problems with the software application, providing in depth product support and researching issues.

Onboarding:

  • User setup and management
  • Investor/ Fund/ Contact management

Deliverables

  • Private Capital Suite (Investran) tickets/ Issue log/ Project planning
  • Managing vendor tickets on behalf of users
  • Additional training documents (PPT or Word)

Projects and growth:

  • Deliver new templates/ custom SSRS reports / new RW drivers / ad-hoc reports
  • Assign centralized tasks down the line, for example static data uploads/ updates, onboarding new domains and new entities
  • Industry knowledge, procedure training and design

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

  • Able to train other people with their current procedures
  • Able to meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Able to communicate with the team and be a contributing member of the team including but not limited to projects, industry knowledge, procedures, and training

Qualifications

  • One plus years of experience using Investran - Private Capital Suite
  • Bachelors degree
  • In addition to demonstrating our Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative), there is the expectation to demonstrate the desire to learn and have a positive attitude
  • Basic Private Equity Fund and Account Knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and research issues
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is crucial
  • MS Office Suite, Excel Formula and Pivot experience preferred 
  • Data structure: Basic SQL knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Tableau preferred
  • Prior experience with implementations a plus

Salary based on experience and location ($95,000-$105,000) and full benefit package offered.
