ABOUT THE ROLE:

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support the delivery of accurate and timely fund accounting services for private equity clients. The role involves reviewing and preparing key fund deliverables, including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The Senior Accountant will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, and leverage Investran to manage daily fund accounting processes and reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent client service.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Review and/or prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reporting for private equity funds.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of capital call and distribution computations, including issuance of investor notices.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables by coordinating workflows and reviewing outputs of Accountants and Junior Accountants.
  • Utilize Investran to record transactions, maintain fund data, and generate reports in line with client and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and regulatory standards, while proactively identifying and resolving issues.

ABOUT YOU:

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting (private equity preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Investran or similar fund accounting systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of NAV preparation, financial reporting, and capital activity (calls/distributions).
  • Proven ability to review work, manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
