Senior Accountant, Client Implementation

Job Description

Handles day to day client implementation onboarding operation for new clients, existing growth and migration.

  • Responsible in communication and timely responses to queries via emails and calls
  • Set up legal entities and investors in the system for medium-high complexity entities
  • Process data from client/old administrator and input into IQ EQ reporting tool for medium - high complexity entities
  • Perform reconciliations on process data for medium - high complexity entities
  • Perform internal training for client implementation process
  • Contribute to process improvement and maintain quality standards for client portfolios

Qualifications

  • 4 year's relevant experience working in shared services or fund accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related finance field
  • Experience in managing service operations and client deliverables or client onboarding experience
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • intermediate Microsoft office skills with particular focus on MS Excel
