Job Description
Handles day to day client implementation onboarding operation for new clients, existing growth and migration.
- Responsible in communication and timely responses to queries via emails and calls
- Set up legal entities and investors in the system for medium-high complexity entities
- Process data from client/old administrator and input into IQ EQ reporting tool for medium - high complexity entities
- Perform reconciliations on process data for medium - high complexity entities
- Perform internal training for client implementation process
- Contribute to process improvement and maintain quality standards for client portfolios
Qualifications
- 4 year's relevant experience working in shared services or fund accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related finance field
- Experience in managing service operations and client deliverables or client onboarding experience
- Excellent organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
- intermediate Microsoft office skills with particular focus on MS Excel
