JOB DESCRIPTION: RPA DEVELOPER
Office: India (Hyderabad)

Reports to: RPA Lead
Responsibilities

As a result of continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RPA Developer to join our team This role is ideal for an action-oriented developer who will design, build, test and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, while previous experience with Blue Prism or UiPath is considered a strong advantage.

You’ll work across the full automation lifecycle, from initial assessment, PDD, SDD creation, development, followed by UAT and finally Hypercare and Go-Live. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality automations, ensuring stability and focus on continuously evolving our Robotic Process Automation capabilities.

The role requires you to have the ability to communicate clearly, attention to detail, be passionate about automation with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Participating in process discovery sessions with SMEs to capture business requirements (PDD) and designing a solution (SDD) considering any process optimizations to further enhance solution and return on investment

• Developing high quality, scalable automations primarily using Automation Anywhere, ensuring best practice standards are met.

• Performing unit testing, UAT, code peer-reviews preparing bots for go-live • Supporting smoke testing followed by hyper care and go-live.

• Providing ongoing production support, troubleshooting incidents, and resolving issues with live automations.

• Ensuring all RPA documentation, artefacts and controls adhere to excellence standards.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Education / professional qualifications

• Graduate degree, preferably in IT related disciplines

• Certifications in Automation Anywhere/UiPath/Blue Prism is an advantage Background & Technical experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of overall IT experience with a minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation – Automation Anywhere.

• Mandatory working experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (tasks, bots, unattended/attended runners, control room features)

• Experience designing enterprise-level end to end automated solutions

• Knowledge of reusable components, error handling, logging, credential vaults, and scheduling.

• Familiarity with APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, OCR and Intelligent Document Processing. • Knowledge in SQL/Python or .NET.

• Experience working in Agile Delivery Teams

• Experience with other RPA technologies like UI Path, BluePrism etc is an added advantage. Company, product and market knowledge

• Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organisation with complex processing requirements

• Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment.

• Possess the skills and the personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of program management.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, with staff members, customers, suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get results.

• Ability to solve problems either independently or by utilising other members of the team where necessary Languages

• Fully proficient spoken and written English, additional European languages will be an asset
