JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Officer 3, Risk & Compliance to join our second-line Compliance team. In this role, you will support the implementation of compliance and risk frameworks, provide day-to-day advisory support and help ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, local legislation and Group policies. You will contribute to building a strong risk and compliance culture while supporting colleagues across the jurisdiction.

 

Working closely with the Compliance Leader and wider team—including close collaboration with our teams in Europe—you will support the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, contribute to policy and procedure development and provide accurate, practical guidance on compliance matters. This role requires strong technical understanding, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

 

What you will do

  • Implement local compliance requirements and translate Group policies into effective local procedures
  • Lead day-to-day compliance activities including advisory support, monitoring tasks and responses to business or regulatory queries
  • Provide clear guidance on regulatory changes, client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
  • Strengthen compliance awareness through training, collaboration and partnership with colleagues, including teams across Europe
  • Contribute to the execution and reporting of the Compliance Monitoring Plan and support the enhancement of compliance frameworks and documentation

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate, connected compliance professional with a strong desire to excel
  • Ideally, you have gained compliance experience in international environments
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Law, ACAMS certification and relevant AML/CFT qualifications preferred
  • Knowledge of CDD, AML/CFT regulations
  • Understanding of the client lifecycle; experience in Corporate, Funds or Depositary services is an advantage
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Trustworthy, collaborative, adaptable and a positive team contributor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident in advising the business, facilitating discussions and presenting internally
