Responsibilities

You will have to report on a frequency as determined by your direct reporting line, on statistics and KPI reporting, as may be required in a timely manner.

You will be required to compile KPI statistics, time analysis, statistics on task delivered / deliverable to clusters and report to the Head / Director of Global Client Delivery.

Tasks

  • Analyse the current processes and metrics to review and propose improvements to drive efficiency without impacting or reducing controls in the business.
  • Develop process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage reporting to ensure business and management are aware of progress and pipeline.
  • Data management (Extraction, reconciliation, data cleaning, compilation and analysis) and decks’ preparation for reporting to management and group.
  • Prepare multiple dashboards (Power BI) to facilitate decision making of management.
  • Communication between / with business managers and users to understand and document business requirements across affected business areas.
  • Participate in gap analysis exercises for new implementations.
  • Work with the operations team to prioritise and implement process change requirements based on the operational needs of the business.
  • Prepare communication plans for distribution to multiple stakeholders across the group.
  • Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance.
  • Produce supporting business cases for changes and measuring success post implementation.
  • Recommend process, product or technical changes to improve user experience, client service levels and or efficiencies, including improvement, or automation.

Support management on any ad-hoc reporting, projects and surveys.

Education / Professional qualifications

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting or Business Administration.

Background Experience

  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Technical

  • Lean 6 Sigma qualification
  • Computer / Programming Knowledge (VBA, Power Query & DAX)
  • Competent at an intermediate to advanced level of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word & Power BI).

Languages

  • Fluent in English
