Job Description
Job Summary:
- You’ll deliver comprehensive corporate secretarial services by preparing board and shareholder meeting documents, drafting minutes and resolutions, and managing statutory filings, governance matters, and corporate structure updates.
- You’ll support compliance and risk management activities, including client file reviews, due diligence assessments, transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening, risk ratings, and the preparation of compliance documentation.
- You’ll process and maintain transaction-related documentation, including payment instructions, bank account requests, capital contributions, share transfers, dividend distributions, and legal agreements.
- You’ll review and maintain client due diligence records, beneficial ownership information, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- You’ll independently manage low- to medium-complexity secretarial processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative support, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality client service and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- You hold a degree and/or a relevant professional qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in corporate administration and corporate secretarial matters.
- You have hands-on experience supporting corporate governance activities, including statutory filings, board documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- You possess strong knowledge of corporate administration processes, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality outcomes while ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
