Officer 2, Regulatory Compliance (Training)

Job Description

THIS ROLE 

This role provides operational and administrative support to the Regulatory Compliance function by assisting in the development, formatting, and maintenance of compliance-related e-learning materials and supporting day-to-day Learning Management System (LMS) administration. The role follows established procedures and works under the guidance of senior team members to ensure accurate deployment, tracking, and documentation of mandatory compliance training activities. This is an early-intermediate (P2-09) role focused on structured tasks and building competence in training operations and compliance-support processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Develop and format compliance e-learning modules using approved tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Vyond following established templates and standards.
  • Support updates to e-learning content based on instructions and regulatory or policy changes provided by the Compliance team.
  • Perform LMS tasks including user account setup, enrollment, access rights configuration, and responding to basic system queries.
  • Upload, publish, and maintain training materials in the LMS according to defined procedures and workflows.
  • Track mandatory compliance training progress using standard LMS reports and prepare summaries for Compliance review.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation submissions, audit requirements, and internal reviews.
  • Support routine testing of e-learning modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and proper formatting.
  • Respond to basic training-related inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain organized training records, documentation, and submissions in shared folders and designated repositories.

Tasks:

  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and revision of compliance e-learning materials.
  • Support LMS housekeeping tasks including user creation, course setup, learning path configuration, and system clean-up activities.
  • Generate routine LMS reports for review by Compliance or internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic module testing including link checks, navigation verification, and layout review.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of assigned training tasks and workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of accreditation submissions, reimbursement documentation, and training evidence files.
  • Follow all established Compliance and LMS procedures and assist in identifying minor improvements where appropriate.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Communications, Education, IT, or related field).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-learning development, LMS administration, training operations, or related support functions.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, or other e-learning development tools preferred.
  • Previous exposure to compliance training or regulatory environments is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong written English and ability to format training content clearly and accurately.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
  • Ability to manage routine tasks with supervision and meet expected timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a structured environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills when navigating LMS platforms or e-learning tools.
