Officer 2, Private Wealth Administration (Treasury)

Job Description

Officer 2 to support the day-to-day treasury operations and cash management. The role involves monitoring cash positions, preparing reports, completing banking documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring cash position.
  • Extract and reconcile banking reports from multiple banking platforms (Barclays, Lloyds, HSBC, Investec and RBSI)
  • Prepare periodic cash reports in Excel and provide reports to directors.
  • Complete and manage banking documentation (application forms, FATCA, Limit Authority forms, CDD etc)
  • Prepare board minutes.
  • Upload daily bank balances on Trident system.
  • Liaise with the Accounting Team and external parties regarding overdraft positions and account monitoring.
  • Manage client withdrawals and monitor upcoming maturities, ensuring Trident is kept up to date.
  • Process fund movements and transfers between different banking platforms.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and treasury procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Professional background:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in finance, banking, or accounting.
  • MS Excel
  • Familiarity with banking platforms
