Job Description

THIS ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine depositary operations with moderate supervision. You will handle straightforward depositary tasks independently while developing deeper understanding of processes and requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • You will execute routine depositary operations and perform cash monitoring activities
  • You will review basic transaction documentation and maintain prescribed compliance standards
  • You will support client service delivery and deliver technical knowledge and conduct cash monitoring activities and review transaction documentation
  • You will prepare year-end asset positions and handle routine client queries
  • You will maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You should have 2–3 years of experience in depositary or custody operations, fund administration, or similar roles
  • You should have experience in managing cash monitoring activities and reviewing transaction documentation
  • You should have familiarity with regulatory compliance standards within the depositary environment

expected to demonstrate the following:

  • You should strong understanding of routine depositary operations, including fund activity tracking and year end asset position preparation
  • You should have proficiency in client service delivery and coordination with external service providers
  • You should have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis
  • You should have excellent attention to detail for maintaining compliance standards and reviewing documentation
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling client queries and collaborating with supervisors and team members
  • You should have effective organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple tasks independently
  • You should have proactivity and self-motivation, with the ability to develop deeper technical knowledge
  • You should have adaptability and resourcefulness, demonstrating the ability to work under moderate supervision
  • You should be commitment to quality and accuracy, ensuring all operations align with prescribed standard
