Job Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible for delivery of medium complexity RBO and Registrar processes and all related activities.
  • Work will be reviewed by a Senior Officer / Manager.
  • All work delivered needs to be accurate, well-presented and meet high-quality standards. Expected to make process improvement recommendations that improve either quality, efficiency or level of client service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle medium-complexity structures in order to perform the RBO assessment to be reviewed by the Luxembourg RBO team.
  • Process and monitoring KYC and RBO documentation
  • Support KYC / RBO and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams.

RBO Services :
Tasks:
- Ensure the good standing of the entity  from compliance perspective before RBO assessment and update (proxy, form signed)
-  Performance of RBO assessment and submission for review to Luxembourg RBO team.
- Preparation of RBO form via Antrance (RBO generating form tool) and manually (for IQEQ employees).
- Coordination of signatures of the form after Senior Officer / Manager review.
- Maintenance of the RBO tab in Antrance including the upload of PoAs, RBO form signed version.
- Update RBO information on LBR website in coherence with the form signed.
- Performance of RBO semi-annual review to be reviewed by the Luxembourg RBO team.

Registrar Services :

- Preparation of initial shareholder / bondholder register.
- Preparation of shareholder certificate (shareholder attestation) 

Skills: 

- Good understanding of AML/KYC requirements and compliance processes.
- Strong Communication skills in both French and English.
- Familiarity with RBO regulations and shareholder registers.
- Knowledge of Antrance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive.


Qualifications

Degree holder in related field or professional course in ICSA
