Manager Corporate – RBO and Share Register Team

Job Description

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

  • Co-ordinate and execute day to day administrative and legal formalities in accordance with the Luxembourg law with a focus on RBO and Share Register matters
  • Build strong governance and technical expertise around the RBO and Share Register obligations of IQEQ`s clients
  • Ensuring the continuing good standing of client companies by ensuring all company law and contractual requirements are complied with
  • Build, develop and maintain partnerships with clients
  • Coach and develop team members to grow within their role
  • Collaborate and cooperate with offshoring centers (GCDs)
  • Collaborate and cooperate with Compliance

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  • Analysis and assessment of the RBO recommendations
  • KYC (Know Your Client): monitors files, approaches errors and risks
  • Prepares and maintains RBO files
  • Being at ease with regulations and assisting the staff on the RBO implications
  • Give technical guidance and trainings to other teams (corporate and fund segments)
  • Ensure that a reliable and proper process is maintained to ensure that all RBO filings are made on time and accurately
  • Ensure that a reliable and proper process is maintained to ensure that all share registers of client SPVs and GPs are kept timely and accurately
  • Compile and report relevant KPIs to management regularly and reliably

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Master or Bachelors degree 
  • Previous experience as Senior Corporate Officer/Corporate Manager in a first line of defense role ideally with KYC and KYT, relevant experience of minimum 4-6 years in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
  • Knowledge of Compliance requirements and private investment vehicles (trusts, foundations, etc..)
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry and/or Luxembourg company law is an asset (including financial vehicles, SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF)
  • Fluent in English and French would be considered an asset
