Job Description
DirDirectement rattaché à l’Equipe Juridique, vous participerez principalement :
- Au suivi des missions internes du département Legal : missions dans le cadre des activités internes : contrats intragroupe, suivi des prestataires ;
- Au suivi des missions client-facing du département Legal : tenue des tableaux de suivi des demandes, tableaux de suivi des dossiers, suivi des formalités légales avec notre formaliste ;
- A l’analyse et la production de documents dans le cadre de l’activité de Gestion Extinctive : analyse de pactes d’actionnaires, statuts, contrats d’émission de valeurs mobilières, conventions de blocage de comptes courantes, rédaction de lettres de notification, préparation des envois postaux en ligne ;
- Suivi et préparation des éléments de reporting dans le cadre de l’activité de Directorship : suivi de paiement de factures des entités clientes, téléchargement et classement de factures, relevés bancaires mensuels ;
- Participation à la préparation des reportings mensuels internes sur les dossiers traités et projets en cours au sein du département Legal.
Qualifications
- Titulaire d’un Master en droit des affaires ;
- Aisance rédactionnelle, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ;
- Intérêt pour les métiers de la gestion d’actifs ;
- Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel (à l’oral comme à l’écrit) ;
- Dynamique, curieux, organisé et rigoureux ;
- Aisance sur word et excel ;
