Invoicing Clerk

Job Description

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities which you will have as an invoicing clerk:

  • Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner
  • Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
  • To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Invoicing and Credit Control manager, and the wider finance team.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors
  • Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

Education and Qualifications:

  • Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.

Work Experience:

  • Work experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Other Skills and Experience:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
  • Strong MS excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
