HR Operations Manager – UKI & Crown Dependencies

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR operations function, ensuring efficient HR service delivery and adherence to IQ-EQ’s policies and procedures. This role involves managing HR payroll for the region, maintaining accurate people data, and ensuring compliance from a legislation and regulatory point of view.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  • Ensure the region’s payroll is accurate and compliance
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and updates.
  • Provide training and support to HR Operation Assistants and local HR Leads
  • Employee Records and Data Management:
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records.
  • Manage the process for the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and issues related to HR operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations.
  • Lead projects to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Mentor and advisor HR operations employees providing guidance and support.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
