HR Operations Assistant

The Global Client Delivery HR Team are like skilled teachers, they help both the 'strugglers' and the 'stars' by guiding our employees throughout their careers and ensuring that our people have every opportunity to succeed. As HR Operations Officer, you will be part of a team delivering an excellent HR service to the UK and Ireland cluster.  Within this role you will act as the first port of call to employees for all HR related queries ensuring the needs of our people are being met.

  • You'll act as the first point of contact for HR administration queries, delivering accurate, timely support while building strong stakeholder and customer relationships.
  • You'll manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and visa administration) while maintaining compliant and well-organised employee records.
  • You'll ensure high attention to detail in payroll data input, benefits administration, HR database updates, and employee file management.
  • You'll generate HR reports and metrics (e.g., absence) and continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • You'll support HR Business Partners, advise managers and employees on policies, and align priorities across stakeholders while communicating clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • You demonstrate proactiveness, a strong drive to succeed, and a willingness to continuously learn within a professional services environment.
  • You hold a relevant third-level qualification (HR, Business, Legal, or similar) and bring 1–2 years of HR administration experience.
  • You maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks and responsibilities.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and have working knowledge of HR systems.
  • You are flexible, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team while supporting shared goals.
