Global Head of Transformation

Job Description

Overview

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead and drive the execution of our organisation transformation and automation globally for IQ-EQ to support our strong revenue growth, client experience and to meet efficiency targets.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Actively manage the execution of our automation and digital operations journey to deliver multi-million-euro efficiency targets whilst improving client experience
  • Drive standardisation initiatives to improve our scalability and in support of our automation focus
  • Oversee the delivery of upgrades to our core accounting and global ERP platforms requiring significant data migration
  • Manage transformations to our client delivery model across countries ensuring we appropriately leverage shared service centres to scale and meet complex client needs
  • Work with our Executive team to ensure an effective prioritisation and alignment on our transformation priorities
  • Effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
  • Lead and coach the diverse global team ensuring benefits are delivered in an agile and trackable manner

Required Experience

Education/professional qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Law

Background & experience

  • Experience developing and executing global strategic and complex organisational transformation initiatives, across 10+ countries
  • Substantial experience transforming shared services  capability for an organization
  • Deep knowledge and experience managing large scale automation, digitalisation, data migration and system upgrade projects
  • Strong international operations leader
  • Strong capability in influencing cross-functional leaders in a global organization
  • Strong track record of achieving key organisational outcomes (clear benefits / margin improvement)
  • Knowledge of financial planning, business case development, and cost management
  • Ability to address and resolve complex problems and, effectively prioritise competing objectives
  •  
  • Experience in investor services, professional services, or financial services highly desirable
  • Experience of value creation in a Private Equity backed organisation is highly desirable

Technical

  • Operations Management, Change Management, Programme Management, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile

Management and leadership

  • 20+ years of people leadership in international operations roles and change leadership roles

Languages

  • Fluent English
