Funds Associate

Job Description

A role has arisen within our Fund Management Company division for an Funds Associate.

As part of the Management Company oversight team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the production and delivery of accurate and timely reporting for our investment funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • The accurate preparation quarterly & monthly of client reporting.
  • Logging & tracking client issues e.g. Investment restriction breaches, errors, correspondence etc;
  • Review of reporting from the service providers to our funds.
  • Tracking documentation changes and logging on the database.
  • Liaising with custodian/administrators to ensure correct processing of activity, speedy resolution of queries etc.;
  • Ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent graduate with a minimum of 1 year financial services experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Word & Excel would be required;
  • Experience using MS Access would be advantageous;
  • Experience of various fund types including property funds, hedge funds, retail funds and QIAIF’s
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of analytical and problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills.
