Responsibilities
- To provide high quality service deliverables Private Equity (PE) clients
- Being main contact of designated clients through phone calls and emails detailing upcoming deliverables with expected timelines
- Coordinating with supporting team where necessary to ensure deliverables’ deadlines are achieved
- Reviewing supporting team’s work, including but not limited to full set of financial statements with disclosures, capital call and distribution calculations/notices and other ad-hoc tasks and providing constructive feedback to them timely
- Ensuring timely responses to clients/investors’ requests
- Maintaining full understanding on technical details of clients’ Limited Partnership Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Fee Agreement and any technical nuances
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- Experience managing client relationship and deliverables
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with particular focus on Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analytics
- Knowledge of private equity industry is preferrable
