Financial Reporting Product Manager

Introduction

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the global financial reporting platform. This role focuses on delivering high-quality investor reporting, driving platform scalability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and client experience. 

What you’ll do

  • You’ll define and deliver the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the financial reporting platform, balancing client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • You’ll lead platform implementation, enhancements, and process improvements to improve reporting quality, scalability, and performance.
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions.
  • You’ll drive data-led decision-making, introduce metrics, and optimize financial reporting processes including NAV and investor reporting.
  • You’ll lead and develop teams while ensuring strong governance, controls, audit readiness, and adoption of AI and automation within the platform.

    Qualifications

    About you

    • You have 10+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in fund administration and financial reporting platforms.
    • You have expertise in product management, including defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing across stakeholders. 
    • You are comfortable working across operations and technology, with experience in enterprise platforms such as OneStream or Workiva. 
    • You have strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in a complex, global environment. 
    • You bring a data-driven, problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive process improvements, innovation, and adoption of automation and AI.
