Executive – Investor Services

Job Description

As an Executive within the Investor Services team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely transfer agency activities while maintaining excellent service standards. You will manage a broad range of investor related processes and act as a key point of contact for clients and investors.

 

What you will do

  • Manage the full transfer agency process including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trade processing and investor reporting
  • Communicate daily with clients and investors and handle all investor instructions with accuracy and timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, Customer Due Diligence and approvals for Omnibus Accounts and Politically Exposed Persons
  • Provide accurate and up to date investor information, registers and reports to Accounting and Company Secretarial teams
  • Identify and escalate potential client issues, maintain strong information security practices and support ongoing operational planning

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in transfer agency operations, investor services or fund administration
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including FATCA, CRS and Customer Due Diligence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and investor relationships
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in investor reporting systems and comfort working in a deadline‑driven environment
