Job Description

What you'll do

 

  • You'll conduct due diligence on third parties (AIFMs, custodians, administrators, advisors, auditors, credit institutions), ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • You'll manage client relationships and coordinate with internal and external service providers, delivering high-quality, responsive services while building strong long-term partnerships.
  • You'll oversee client onboarding processes, including new client acceptance, AML/KYC screening, collection and review of KYC documents, and periodic file updates.
  • You'll monitor compliance and risk management activities, such as collecting and reporting KPIs, maintaining the risk matrix, escalating issues promptly, and supporting annual regulatory reporting.
  • You'll review incorporation documents and provide regular feedback to the Compliance Manager, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of compliance tasks.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economics, with 2–3 years of experience in the Funds sector covering oversight, AML/KYC, and administration/secretariat functions.
  • You possess strong knowledge of the AIFMD framework, AIFM structures, and related regulations, as well as investment funds’ shareholding and UBO structures.
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of AML processes, suspicious activity detection, regulatory breach events, and both operational and structural compliance matters.
  • You are familiar with constitutional and legal documentation supporting Private Equity and Real Estate funds, and you take ownership and initiative in your work.
  • You are fluent in English, proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), and excel in organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
