Client Onboarding IT Associate

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding/Offboarding IT Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the U.S. client onboarding team to ensure seamless setup and removal of system access, along with other essential IT configurations for both clients and internal users. Your contributions will be key in ensuring a secure and efficient onboarding and offboarding experience.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end IT onboarding process for new clients, including access provisioning and system configuration. These tasks are required to be executed within 1 business day of notification by the client onboarding team.
  • Create an email distribution list for internal and external use
  • Set up shared storage spaces to support document collaboration and centralized repository access to client servicing materials.
  • Grant permissions and ensure secure access to shared repository.
  • Provide instructions to client on how to access shared repository.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end IT offboarding process for departing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot client login or connection issues.
  • Support other internal IT initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or technical account management
  • 1 year of experience in customer success
  • Critical experience: SharePoint online to include permissions and security and content management
  • Demonstrable experience in:
  • Office 365 including Cloud Services such as Microsoft Exchange (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is a plus!)
  • Hybrid System Management tools such as Active Directory/Group Policy
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Cybersecurity best practices and implementation
  • Ability to work U.S. hours from 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software
  • Working knowledge of Network Firewalls, Cisco Meraki
