Candidate Experience Representative

Job Summary:

CER partners up with TA colleagues to deliver the best candidate experience and provides data insights to support talent acquisition partners with hiring.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

  • Ensures all KPls are achieved at target (minimum commitment: Productivity, Consistent Excellence, Candidate Experience and Learning & Development and more)
  • Executes own area of responsibility seeks guidance when needed.
  • Contributes to overarching team initiatives and projects
  • Understand feedback from NPS tool, be aware of current score & pain points, and able to discuss them with relevant TA colleagues
  • Partake in stakeholder meetings

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 1 year of sourcing and recruitment coordination or other recruitment activity experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing • Offshore sourcing/recruiting

Key competencies for position and level:

  • Go to person for candidates for practical questions
  • Builds sustainable relationships with TA partners and assigned interview panel for smoother coordination
  • Communicates with candidates in an engaging way that builds trust
  • Clear & timely communications to candidates and stakeholders
  • Informs the hiring team about changes/updates in the coordinating process
  • Can adapt to finding ways to manage working with several TAPs simultaneously
  • Familiar with the recruitment process to answer (with support from TAP if needed) to answer questions from candidates
  • Advocates' the TA principles and collaborative hiring culture
  • Has a fundamental understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience journey
  • Able to provide great candidate experience independently
  • Able to pull ATS reports to support and understand candidates' journey and time in step
  • Good knowledge of ATS and supporting enabling TA tech
  • Support and provides talent insights reports and activity reports during shortlisting meetings with assigned stakeholders
  • Under the direction of the TA team, support the candidate attraction process by preparing and formatting job descriptions and profiles, setting up adverts in Canva and making adverts 'live; within the agreed time frame
  • Be the first point of contact for candidate queries and other incoming queries in a timely manner via email, phone or in person, providing useful information and ensuring there is a resolution, escalating the query to the local TA team when necessary
  • Ensure SM system and any other follow up spreadsheets are well-maintained and up to date, ensuring we track all activity and ensure the team's efforts are focused
  • Support the candidate selection process by arranging interviews and sending information to applicants, compiling interview paperwork for the panel such as tasks and questions, corresponding with candidates on the outcome of applications/interviews including updating statuses in SM and to chase for interview notes/feedback
