Business Implementation Manager

Job Description

As a Business Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds and leading key business initiatives:

  • Lead the preparation of fee proposals and RFP submissions for alternative investment funds across real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure asset classes.
  • Coordinate the complete client onboarding process, including AML/KYC analysis, compliance approvals, bank account opening, service agreement preparation, legal document review, and Luxembourg regulatory filings until handover to operational teams.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration across internal and external parties, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of any blocking points.
  • Oversee team performance through coaching, daily work management, and mentoring to ensure consistent delivery and professional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Team, whilst handling and escalating client complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the team:

  • University degree in Law or related field, with strong legal and business acumen;
  • Relevant experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate environment, with knowledge of AML/KYC, compliance, and regulatory processes;
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive buy-in across internal and external parties;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English; multilingual abilities are advantageous, combined with experience working in global, multicultural, and remote team environments;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, with Depo and/or AIFM knowledge being a plus.
