Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

You will support with the transformation project migrating from JobStream to 5-Series. Providing a hands-on approach supporting the business with daily tasks including reviewing the 5Series operational model, gap analysis and ensuring the delivery of key business operational processes within the middle office acceptance, change and exit function and other Client Service teams as required.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Complete a gap analysis of operational processes from Jobstream and 5Series.
• Ensure successful migration of operational processes from Jobstream to 5 series supporting all subject matter experts to deliver a seamless transition.
• Build out and obtain sign off for operational processes with 5series to align directly with the Jersey operating model.
• Ensure continuity of service delivery throughout the transition from jobstream to 5 series including Regulatory Reporting, administrative, compliance, accounting and PW support services.
• Provide support to all subject matter experts (Regulatory Reporting, Accounting, Client administrative Teams, Acceptance, Change and Exit, First Line Risk and Compliance) to establish regulatory compliant processes and procedures and operations aligned to the Jersey operating model across.
• Collect and evaluate data to migrate from Jobstream to 5series and align business operations and procedures with a cross jurisdictional model.  Implement workflows and operations to complete the migration.
• Test and validate processes and solutions ensuring they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Guernsey and Jersey to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Include the client facing, acceptance, change and exit teams (ACE), regulatory reporting and accounting as required to support the Jobstream to 5-Series project.  Assist with the provision of ACE services where required .
• You will ensure that required information is collated in a timely manner.
• You will build and maintain effective working relationships with the wider Private Wealth & Corporate business, reporting issues to the Senior Management team as required.
• You will liaise with your local compliance team and help develop a proactive positive relationship between all teams.
• You will implement a culture to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
• You will define approaches and provide guidelines to the wider Private Wealth business.
• You will act as subject matter expert in ensuring the successful implementation of changes and align CI operational practices.
• You will use your own judgement and bring to the attention of the Directors any issues which you feel appropriate, ensuring that concerns and identified risks are reported in a timely and effective manner.
