Associate Executive – Corporate Accounting

Job Description

As an Associate Executive within our Accounting team, you’ll work closely with the Principal to deliver high‑quality corporate accounting services while continuing to build your expertise in fund accounting. You’ll support day‑to‑day accounting activities (excluding review), collaborate across teams, and help ensure regulatory compliance—while developing strong client relationships and contributing ideas that improve the way we work.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and reporting frameworks.
  • You’ll assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities, contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • You’ll maintain organised accounting records and audit files, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and readily available.
  • You’ll process accounting transactions, perform account reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial data and records.
  • You’ll support regulatory reporting, client deliverables, and financial statement production while contributing to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

About You 

  • You hold a relevant degree or are partly qualified ACCA/ACA, and you’re motivated to grow your career in accounting and financial services.
  • You have experience in a similar accounting or finance role and are comfortable working with structured financial information.
  • You’re well organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
  • You have a strong interest in corporate and fund accounting and are keen to deepen your technical knowledge over time.
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and open to learning—valuing feedback and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
