Associate Director – Treasury (Fund Administration)

Job Description

This is a key leadership role within the IQEQ US Fund Administration business. This role involves managing a team of client-facing individuals who provide treasury services to various private investment vehicles across time zones. Strong organizational and strategic skills are required to ensure that the team performs at high levels of accuracy & efficiency while adhering to strict controls and regulations. There will be regular and frequent coordination between various departments and company leadership.

What you’ll do

  • You'll oversee the U.S. Treasury Team, ensuring compliance with controls, proper staffing, and smooth coordination across departments and clients.
  • You'll establish checks and balances for treasury functions, manage data security, and drive process improvements for operational effectiveness.
  • You'll lead company-wide initiatives such as software and control upgrades, while standardizing processes to enhance client delivery.
  • You'll report to senior leadership, monitor team performance, review budgets versus actuals, and provide clear explanations for variances.
  • You'll recruit, train, and develop your team, offering regular feedback and career development plans, while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

  • The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($115,000 - $145,000).

Qualifications

  • You bring 8 plus years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree to the role.
  • You have managed treasury teams that service investment management clients, demonstrating leadership and industry expertise.
  • You collaborate effectively across departments, providing clear direction while maintaining confidentiality for company and client matters.
  • You excel at organization, time management, and handling multiple priorities in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
  • You possess strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of both domestic and international treasury requirements.
