Associate Director, Regulatory Compliance

Job Description

  • Supervise and oversee junior team members and review their work product
  • Review and draft compliance documents, frameworks and templates, covering all aspects of regulatory compliance
  • Analysing and summarising MAS publications and regulatory updates
  • Develop training programs, with opportunities to provide training to clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a financial services regulatory compliance role or with the MAS. Experiences relating to the fund management industry will be preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of MAS rules and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detailed and able to work under tight timelines
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • Candidates with the ability to speak and read Chinese will have an advantage due business needs
