Job Description
- Manage and oversee GCD services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day relationships with Cluster and the timely and accurate delivery of client reporting and information.
- Form an effective working relationship with the cluster. To be able to leverage these relationships to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions for all breaches, complaints, or errors
- Develop and implement tailored strategies for clients to ensure GCD's smooth operation.
- Ensure target KPIs of the team are met.
- Create and execute action plans to tackle identified issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Report directly to the Head of Delivery on team performance and concerns with solutions for any issues or problems arising in the office.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments, (i.e. BAT, GPT, IT), as required.Accounting graduate with 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
At least 5+ years of supervisory experience
Fund Industry Experience is required
Qualifications
- Accounting graduate with 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
- At least 5+ years of supervisory experience handling 10 people or above
- Fund Accounting Industry Experience is required
- CPA license (nice to have)
- Experience in managing service operations and client deliverables
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to drive results under tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being comfortable in communicating with Senior Management
Candidate must be willing to work on site on their first 2 months for their onboarding and training
Permanent Working Setup: Hybrid at least 6 days in a month of onsite work
Working Schedule: EMEA, 4 pm to 1 am
