Associate – CRM (OneView)

Job Description

System Administration

  • Assist in day-to-day administration of the CRM system, including data quality checks, user account management, and system configurations
  • Support in the customization and configuration of CRM system to meet business needs
  • Manage user profiles, ensuring all users are set up with appropriate access and permissions
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new features

Data Management and Reporting

  • Monitor data quality and support efforts to improve data cleanliness, completeness, and consistency by liaising with account relationship managers
  • Management of predefined data points within the system to ensure all mandatory data is completed and up to date
  • Create and custom reports and dashboards to support business decision making

Support

  • Provide ongoing support to system users by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and overall guidance in usage of CRM system from a sales and commercial perspective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide support
  • Ensure clear lines of communication to system users to advise of updated data requirements and data errors

Tasks (What does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  • Support Senior Business Analyst in management and hygiene of OneView data
  • Support users with data queries and the overall use of OneView from a commercial perspective
  • Completing data quality checks and implementing pre-defined processes
  • Work with the wider business to build relationships with users and promote best practice of OneView

Qualifications

Education

  • N/A

Background experience

  • A good understanding of the business / a solid background working within an established and growing business
  • Familiarity with DealCloud or any CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce,
  • HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) would be an advantage

Management & relationship skills

  • Proven record of building and managing relationships
  • Experience in training or supporting end-users (nice to have)

Presentation and negotiation skills

  • Accomplished

Technical knowledge/experience

  • Knowledge and use of current CRM system(s) is preferable /
  • DealCloud experience would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail and accuracy, especially in managing CRM data and system updates.
  • Basic understanding of data structures, reporting tools, or workflow automation is a plus
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
