Assistant Manager Consolidation / Real Estate

Job Description

What you'll do

  • You’ll support the preparation of periodic and annual consolidated financial statements (LUXGAAP & IFRS), perform consolidation adjustments, and participate in impairment testing while maintaining the group consolidation system and chart of accounts.
  • You’ll prepare and submit group reporting packages on time, review statutory accounts, implement new accounting standards, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • You’ll coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables, liaise with external auditors for smooth audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You’ll manage relationships with clients and external service providers—including tax advisors, law firms, asset managers, and fund managers—while delivering top-tier service and applying internal procedures consistently.
  • You’ll oversee timely delivery of quality services, properly utilize available resources, maintain internal monitoring tools, and handle directorship mandates including attending board meetings.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in IFRS reporting, consolidation, and real estate accounting.
  • You possess strong technical accounting knowledge in both Lux GAAP and IFRS.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have working knowledge of Yardi and Mona.
  • You are fluent in English and French, with additional languages considered an advantage
