Administrative Assistant

Job Description

You'll play a key role in supporting our Corporate Client Services team, providing exceptional corporate secretarial administration services to your portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for drafting resolutions; preparing minutes for general meetings, sending reminders on deadlines to hold Annual General Meetings, and keeping the statutory books in order.


  • Meeting minutes: accurate, detailed records of discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Board support: draft resolutions, handle documents, and manage meetings.
  • General admin: correspondence, calendars, appointments, travel, phone calls, visitors, supplies.
  • Projects: Assist with special assignments as needed.


  • Proven admin experience with meeting minutes, resolutions, and other tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
