Job Description

THIS ROLE 

A senior preparer position responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services for complex portfolios. This role handles a full spectrum of complexity levels (low, medium, and high) with minimal supervision, focusing on sophisticated accounting processes and detailed client deliverables. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead preparation of complex financial reports while maintaining high quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • You’ll lead the preparation of complex financial statements, NAV calculations, and other reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • You’ll ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all outputs in line with established standards and client requirements.
  • You’ll apply accounting standards and policies effectively with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • You’ll contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and control.
  • You’ll build strong knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices to support exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU 

  • You are a graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a CPA (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or similar roles focused on complex portfolios.
  • You have strong expertise in preparing complex financial statements and applying accounting standards and policies with minimal supervision.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
  • You possess strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and documentation skills, enabling you to effectively manage varying levels of complexity and clearly articulate processes and operational risks.
  • You are a proactive, results-driven, and collaborative professional, capable of working independently, sharing knowledge, and supporting training and team development initiatives.
