Job Description

A mid-level accounting position responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services with minimal supervision. This role handles both low and medium complexity funds, focusing on core accounting processes and standard cluster communications. The position requires independent execution of established procedures while maintaining quality and timeliness standards.

What you'll do

  • You'll prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, NAV reports, fund books, and periodic financial deliverables in line with prescribed accounting standards.
  • You'll ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance by following detailed checklists, quality control processes, and risk management protocols.
  • You'll process routine capital calls, distributions, investor notices, and perform daily bookkeeping while identifying and reporting potential operational risks.
  • You'll document and adhere to standard operating procedures, conduct self-reviews, track progress through timesheets, and support process improvement initiatives.
  • You'll build knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices while participating in training programs and performing other duties aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

About you

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • You may be a Qualified Accountant with no experience required, or a Partly-Qualified professional with 1–2 years PE/FA experience and 2–4 years in the financial industry.
  • You demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles, fund structures, and proficiency in accounting tools, systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • You excel in handling complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and improve processes.
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, show adaptability, uphold Group Values (Authentic, Bold, Collaborative), and take proactive ownership of responsibilities with a strong work ethic.
