Job description

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our recruitment team and be instrumental in the growth and development of the IQ-EQ Philippines Shared Services cluster.

Tasks

  • Manage the recruitment process end to end dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity
  • Develop and drive creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand in the local market
  • Create, update & upload job descriptions and job specifications onto the website, recruitment system, and external job boards
  • Manage direct sourcing and attraction strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines
  • Proactively source, screen candidates resumes, and job applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Coordinate interviews and diary management
  • Manage and maintain the Smart Recruiters system ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
  • Ability to work with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and excel spreadsheets
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the  “best place to work”
  • Ad hoc recruitment administration duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s level degree required; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • 2 to 3+ years of related experience working in a Human Resources/Recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in recruiting a variety of corporate roles in high volumes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong talent sourcing skills utilizing a number of sources to find the best talent
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Previous background in implementing a recruitment strategy
  • Previous experience with equality monitoring processes and procedures
  • Proficient in the suite of Microsoft packages
  • Working knowledge of computerized HR/Recruitment systems
  • Above average English communication skills (both oral and written)
