Job description
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our recruitment team and be instrumental in the growth and development of the IQ-EQ Philippines Shared Services cluster.
Tasks
- Manage the recruitment process end to end dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity
- Develop and drive creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand in the local market
- Create, update & upload job descriptions and job specifications onto the website, recruitment system, and external job boards
- Manage direct sourcing and attraction strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines
- Proactively source, screen candidates resumes, and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Coordinate interviews and diary management
- Manage and maintain the Smart Recruiters system ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Ability to work with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and excel spreadsheets
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
- Ad hoc recruitment administration duties
